1. 1PC ball valve ' s material is stainless steel 304 / 316, we also can provide WCB material , 1PC ball valve use investment castng method,the 1PC ball valve is made of hexagonal bar , and this 1PC ball valve is thread type, can machining PT,NPT,BSP,G thread type.
2. According to different process equipment, pneumatic or electric 1PC ball valve can be selected to form pneumatic 1PC ball valve and electric 1PC ball valve respectively. If pneumatic 1PC ball valve wants to realize proportional adjustment, it must be equipped with valve positioner.
1PC ball valve is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of medium in pipeline. 1PC ball valve is a new type of valve widely used in recent years. 1PC ball valve has the following advantages:
1. The fluid resistance is small, and 1PC ball valve resistance coefficient is equal to that of the same length of pipe.
2. 1PC ball valve simple structure, small volume and light weight.
3. Wide range of application, diameter from small to several millimeters, to several meters, from high vacuum to high pressure can be applied.
4. Easy maintenance, simple structure of ball valve, movable sealing ring, easy disassembly and replacement.
1PC ball valve can be divided into straight through type, 3PC ball valve and right angle type according to its channel position. The latter two kinds of ball valves are used to distribute media and change the flow direction of media.
1. The 1PC ball valve handle rotation position shall be reserved.
2. 1PC ball valve can't be used for throttling.
3. The 1PC ball valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed vertically.
